All new equipment sold by Equipment One is covered by the relevant manufacturer warranties in place at the time of sale. Equipment One acts as an authorised distributor and will support customers in line with the manufacturer’s terms. Where used equipment is sold, warranty coverage (if any) will be clarified at the point of sale. 

7. Returns and cancellations 

All sales are final. Equipment One does not accept returns or order cancellations once an order has been placed. 

8. Finance 

Equipment One does not offer finance directly. Customers are free to engage their own providers or may be referred to third-party finance partners. Any such referral does not constitute financial advice or an offer of credit. Equipment One accepts no responsibility for finance decisions made by customers.
